- 01 PCB assembly & soldering Classical THT and SMT, manual and automated assembly, wave and reflow soldering. Prototypes and small batches.
- 02 Design & consulting Consulting on PCB layout design, workplace projects for SMT, and production of small technological equipment.
- 03 Repairs & rework Repairs of PCBs and pads, BGA reballing, component replacement and device repairs — including displays with flexible conductors.
- 04 Practical courses Soldering and SMT training at three levels, plus home-electronics repair courses. Since 1996.

About the company
Continuing what began in 1994.
SMTplus.CZ, s.r.o. was established in November 1999 as a continuation of the SMT plus consortium of individuals that had successfully worked for almost five years. Our activities are:
- Custom PCB assembly and soldering in PTH and SMT technology, including a pick-and-place machine.
- Development and production of small technological equipment for surface mounting.
- Consulting on PCB layout design.
- Organising educational and practical courses.
- Close cooperation with VUT in Brno, FEKT.
- PCB development and soldering of special packages — CSP, BGA, 3D assembly.
- Production and sale of SMT equipment and materials.
